This service is for you if you want someone to handle all of the major pieces of the planning process. While you want to be a part of every decision, you’d prefer to leave the heaving lifting to us so you can enjoy your engagement.

PARTIAL PLANNING
This service is for you if you have some of your vendors hired and most of the big decisions made, but you’d like to hand everything over to someone else to manage moving forward so you can sit back, relax, and prepare to walk down the aisle.

day of coordination
This service focuses on managing the logistical details of an event on the actual day it takes place. Unlike full-service event planning, which involves planning and organizing the event from start to finish, Day of Coordination typically begins a few weeks before the event. This service includes finalizing details, confirming vendors, creating timelines, decoration set up, and troubleshooting any last-minute issues.

I hired Sarah at the last minute to be the day of coordinator for my daughter’s wedding. It was the best decision and worth every penny. Sarah is very organized and detail oriented. She met with us before the wedding to listen to our wants and needs for the wedding day. On the day of the wedding, she was a crucial part of making sure that everything ran smoothly and helped relieve a lot of stress off of my daughter and myself. We were able to have more time to get ready and not worry about all the little details coming together.
